We need the ultimate team player to join our Head Office Customer Service Team. We're searching for someone with the X factor who loves engaging with customers over the phone.
About the role:
This role is responsible for receiving telephone, internet and web enquiries from customers located throughout New Zealand.
Our consultants provide advice and assistance on Crown’s range of services and ensure a great customer experience by demonstrating exceptional listening and decision-making skills.
You will be engaging, friendly and confident with outstanding telephone manner.
The role is full time, permanent, 40 hours per week and is office based.
Hours are 08:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
*Must be eligible to live and work in New Zealand. VISA Sponsorship will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage telephone, internet, and web enquiries from customers throughout New Zealand, emphasizing our quality in relocation solutions.
Provide advice and assistance on Crown’s range of relocation services, promoting a sustainable customer experience.
Demonstrate exceptional listening and decision-making skills with a commitment to quality.
Engage with customers over the phone, building rapport, and leading them through the relocation processes.
Skills and Experience
Experience within a contact centre, dealing with high volume customer contact
Excellent attention to detail and information gathering ability
Exceptional organisational and time management
Quick decision-making abilities
Professional telephone manner with the ability to build instant rapport
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
