About the Role:
Ongoing growth presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated customer service professional to join our Customer Solutions Team, based at our National Corporate Head Office in Springvale.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers nationwide, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as the first point of contact for customer phone enquiries nationwide
Manage inbound calls including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests and problem solving
Maintain and update customer records accurately within our CRM system
Identify trends in customer issues and recommend solutions to address root causes
Provide feedback to support continuous improvement within the team

About You:
Previous customer service experience (industrial or commercial contact centre experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
Intermediate computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office Suite
High attention to detail and accuracy
Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
