We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Business Analyst to join our dynamic team with 10+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT or AI industry and possess exceptional business analysis and customer success skills. This role will involve working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our AI solutions.|
Job Responsibilities -
● Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (product, technical, support, and sales) to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI products and services.
● Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements, translating them into actionable insights and product specifications.
● Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide recommendations on how to best leverage AI solutions for their goals.
● Conduct business analysis, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights to improve customer success and product offerings.
● Monitor and track customer usage and satisfaction to ensure the products meet their expectations and business objectives.
● Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and increase retention rates.
● Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AI solutions based on customer needs and use cases.
● Manage and resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills-
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
● 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or AI industry, with at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a client-facing role.
● Strong understanding of AI technologies, software products, and solutions, including machine learning and data analytics.
● Proficiency in business analysis tools, CRM systems, and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
● Proven track record of working directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
● Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations based on insights.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Ability to identify and resolve customer challenges with a focus on providing high-quality service and solutions.
