Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Engineer located in Chennai. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, customer support, network security, and to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of Opsera's platform.
Qualifications
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Support and Network Security experience
• Devops knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working with CI/CD tools and security tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
