As a Customer Success/Client Servicing Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing, auditing, testing, and optimizing voice bot workflows for Yara. You will work closely with our Product and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless conversational experiences. What the role entails ????????
• Crafting Engaging Bot Conversations: Design voice bot workflows and conversation scripts using tools like ChatGPT, leveraging promptwriting to create dynamic and user-friendly interactions that delight customers.
• Ensuring Excellence with Audits and Testing: Conduct audits and quality checks using guardrailing to ensure workflows are accurate, consistent, and optimized for performance across devices, refining them based on user feedback.
• Analyzing and Improving Customer Experiences: Dive into analyzing customer calls to uncover actionable insights, enhancing AI strategies and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Driving Innovation Through Testing and Support: Test new features for usability, troubleshoot bot-related issues, and support customers to ensure smooth operations while contributing to iterative improvements.
• Collaborating Across Teams for Impact: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Data) and external partners to align goals, advocate for customer needs, and drive impactful AI solution
