L3 Support Engineer
Job Location : Pune(Remote)
Experience: 3-5 years

Job Description :
• Work closely with our team of L3 Engineers to provide high quality support for our PHP-based application.
• Provide last-line engineering support for our L2 customer support team. You will not only be responsible for resolving bugs and technical issues in the code but also have an opportunity to improve existing code for reliability and scalability.
Must have expertise in some of the following:
• At least 3-5 years working experience in PHP and a PHP MVC Framework (Symfony, Yii, Laravel, or similar) is a must.
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming - PHP.
Development experience in HTML5, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript. Some ReactJS would be helpful, but not required.
• Some experience with Docker a plus
• Should be hands-on working experience with MySQL, and a good working knowledge of SQL.
• Creative and efficient problem solver.
