Co ordination with service partners to provide timely and quality service
Handling client grievances and providing solutions for superior client satisfaction
Introducing clients to the latest offers and schemes of the organization
Candidates should be read y for 100% calling and rotational shifts
Person Specification
Good written and verbal communication skill.
Happy to receive and make calls
Shoul d be ready for both WFO and WFH.
One regional language is must apart from Hindi and English.
