Looking for an experienced customer support executive to provide customer service to the fullest satisfaction.
Respond to calls, chats, email and messages and assigned tickets from users with agreed time limits
Ability to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up until closure to ensure solution.
Immediate liaison to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems faced by customers with accuracy and efficiency.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Record maintenance of all transactions and interactions with the customers.
Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure all issues are properly logged.
Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
Good documentation skills.
Should have a great customer handling skills with Patience.
Able to handle unforeseen situations.
Quick adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in Hindi language and immediate joiner or with less than 30 days of notice period is preferred.
