Responsibilities
• Providing prompt responses to the customer enquiries on various channels.
• Tending to customer queries and problems and proactively finding solutions for the same.
• Identifying the needs of our clients and helping them with the features of the software. Also, informing them of the new features and functionalities.
• Providing assistance to the clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring all the reviews and feedback and keeping the database up-to-date.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, if necessary, and providing feedback on the customer service process to the marketing, sales and product teams.
• Conducting regular check-ins with our clients to ensure consistent engagement.

Requirements
• Should have 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and technical skills.
• Experience working with customer support.
• Ability to maintain a calm, composed and professional attitude with the clients at all times.
• Familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry is a plus.
