Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
International Calling experience.
Quick and attentive speaking with the clients.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Update our internal database with information about technical issues and useful discussion with the customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
Admin & some operational work would be additional.
Requirements & Skills
Experience as a Customer Support voice process or similar CS role.
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
Excellent communication (English & Punjabi Languages are must).
Multi-tasking abilities.
Patience when handling tough cases.
Only for Female candidates.
It would be remote work.
