ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES-
1. Inbound call center experience is required.
2. Emails and chats process experience can be considered.
3. Excellent communication, written English, Interpersonal & communication skills, problem solving skills.
4. Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize better customer experience.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts.
6. Looking for immediate joiners
7. He/she should be good at Email Chat.
8. Strategic Plan, Execute, & assess the performance of individual CRM program Strategy within the internal team.
REQUIREMENR & SKILLS-
1. Candidate preferred from a Fashion Background.
2. 1-5yrs of experience in customer support is preferred.
3. A team oriented and targets driven.
