We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Efficiently and effectively handle queries from customers on chat, email and phoneResolving day-to-day customer complaints by ensuring highest levels of customer support and ensuring expectations are met in a timely and professional manner.Monitor the performance of all customer-related operations and provide progress and status reports.Maintain full working knowledge of all functions within the departmentPreferable knowledge of ZenDesk system

Desired Skills and Experience:

Minimum 1-year experience working as a Customer Service Agent/ExecutiveFluent in English is a must both verbal and writtenEducation: University graduateGood knowledge and use of Microsoft OfficeExcellent writing, communication and time management skills
