We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
• Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Providing product information and technical support to customers
• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Providing feedback to the management team regarding customer trends and issues
• Contributing to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of customer support software and tools
• Prior experience in customer support is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
