Hirewiz is hiring a full-time Customer Support Executive (Voice Process).
The Role
Your Responsibilities will include:
• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.
• To be assigned in Location: Nungambakkam
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• Having good communication skills in English and Hindi in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's, preferably
• Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
