We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and has experience in International customer support or SaaS products.
You'd be responding to incoming emails, chats or phone calls, raising tickets as well as monitoring the progress of work orders to completion.
You'd also be building and maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues from across the company to ensure that each customer receives the highest standards of service.
Strong written communication skills and experience in international voice process would be essential assets.
We will be providing extensive training to help you adapt to our systems and processes A team player; enjoys hitting targets and key performance indicators; has an interest in technology; positive, confident & professional attitude; tenacious, completer / finisher; excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
