Job Description:
• Manage Inbound & Outbound chats in a timely manner.
• Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
• Manage end-to-end customer response and the complaint process
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Maintain customer databases
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Places orders for customers by updating all the information accurately.
• Maintain excellent quality on all chats handled.
• Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner.
• Work with minimum supervision.
Requirements :
• Graduate from any stream
• Excellent spoken & written communication skills
• Strong communication skills along with active listening.
• MS-Office (specifically MS-word); Good keyboarding typing skills
• Customer focus
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Ability to understand accents from diverse geographies
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
Required Qualification: MBA, MCA, BCA, B.Tec
Required Experience: 1 to 4 years
CTC: As per industry standards
