Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive responsible for handling the client queries and proving them the solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the company products & implementation area, handle complete queries and concerns of customers/clients and to provide the customers with satisfying solutions.

Required Skills:
• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable in communicating with clients via Call/email/Skype
• Good target oriented & able to work independently.
• Proficient in keeping follow ups.
• Proven track record in client handling.
• Self-starter and self-motivated individual
• Good knowledge about Social Media such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
