Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of representatives offering customer support
• Oversee the customer service process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Create and implement policies and procedures to streamline customer support operations
• Plan and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team
• Select and hire new staff members who meet the required qualifications
• Monitor the work of individual representatives and the overall performance of the team
• Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the staff for continuous improvement
• Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support and provide accurate information
• Maintain a positive and pleasant working environment for your team
Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and guide a team
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools
• Good computer skills for efficient handling of customer inquiries and data
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
