Experience: 0 to 2 years
Location: On-Site-Ahmedabad, Iskon Cross Road
CTC: 2 - 2.5 Lakh per annum. Specifics will depend on experience and skills.

So what are your responsibilites going to be?
We are looking for someone who can take care of the following roles:
• Confirming orders from customers and ensuring customer success
• Ensuring the order is timely dispatched and reaches customer on time
• Coordinating with the logistics team and raising relevant tickets on portals
• Helping customers with after sales support and any other queries if required
• Giving customer support through, inbound calls, emails as well as chat
