Job Brief:
Handling Customer / Merchant / Sales team queries to resolve on first call or follow up with required stakeholders and update on resolution, to empathize and make them feel that he has reached the right POC. (Voice/Email and Chat)
Responsibilities:
This position will be accountable for handling calls, emails, chats within TAT to solve the queries raised. Opening and closing calls are mandate in every ticket. Scripts to be followed accordingly.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree
• Quick learner and excited to learn about the fintech industry.
• Prior knowledge and experience about Ozonetel telephony solution is handy
• Prior knowledge and experience about KAPTURE CRM tool will be beneficial.
Prior Experience:
• 2 or more years of experience in customer support
• Prior experience in fintech, banking call center will be beneficial
• Communicating with customers, handling queries to support customers, and following up on resolution
• Support through all channels, calls , emails , chats , etc
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
• Should be multilingual (English + Hindi Mandatory) any south language will be beneficial.
• Excellent communications skills, both written & verbal. Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information as required
• Strong listening skills, empathy on calls
• Understanding of complete process
• Ability or willingness to learn to use ShopSe data systems to understand the queries
