Overseeing the customer service process
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
Providing detailed information to customers
Prompt response over Product Chat box
Co-ordination with Technical team
Taking feedback from the customers
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients
Note : Training will be provided to the freshers
