We at Nirva are seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for overall client support and coordination with the treatment team for resolving customer queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as email, phone, chat, and social media.

Providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer issues.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer issues, such as sales, marketing, and product development.

Providing product and service feedback to the appropriate departments to improve customer satisfaction.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and new features to effectively support customers.

Resolving technical issues related to the product or service by troubleshooting and escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.

Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Supporting sales and marketing efforts by promoting products and services, generating leads, and identifying new sales opportunities.

Ensuring customer inquiries and issues are resolved within the agreed-upon service level agreement (SLA).

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in customer support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
