Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls & answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Providing accurate information to customers about company products and services
• Resolving customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
• Escalating customer issues to appropriate departments as needed
• Maintaining customer records and updating them as necessary
• Responding to customer emails and other written communication in a timely manner
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Meeting or exceeding company performance targets for customer satisfaction, call resolution, and other metrics as assigned
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and colleagues
• Staying up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and effective customer support
• Introducing company products and services to customers and explaining their benefits
• Persuading customers to make a purchase or take a desired action, such as scheduling an appointment or signing up for a subscription
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and call logs
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue
• Following up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with team members to achieve team and company goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and techniques

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and data entry
• Ability to remain calm and patient while working with frustrated or upset customers
• Ability to learn and understand complex products and services quickly
• Familiarity with customer service software and computer systems
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or previous customer service experience preferred
