Job Responsibilities

• * Identify customer needs and assist them in utilizing specific product features effectively.
• * Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios.
• * Update our internal databases with comprehensive information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions.
• * Proactively monitor and address customer complaints on various social media platforms.
• * Collaborate with team members to share valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.
• * Educate customers about new features and functionalities, providing them with the necessary information to maximize product utilization.
• * Ensure the resolution of technical issues by following up with customers and confirming their satisfaction.
• * Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.
• * Assist in training and mentoring junior Customer Support Representatives.
• Requirements and Skills
• * Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
• * Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
• * Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
• * Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
