Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Be able to handle incoming and outgoing calls with rotational 2 offs in a week.
• To be able to provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers.
• Solve routine and complex problems (contact supervisor for problems
unable to solve)
• Answer calls asap.
• Display active listening and superior level of customer service .
• Self-motivated and flexible in work shifts. Willing to work on the evening / night roster.
• Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers and different situations.
• Previous experience in Customer Support would be an added advantage.
