Job Overview

The role of Customer Support Representative at Gcube Info in Ahmedabad. Full-Time. Salary range commensurate with experience. We are looking for people having good communications skills in English and can interact with UK Clients with confidence. Experience and freshers both can apply. Timing 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST. Also 5 days working.

Roles and Responsibilities

Outbound calling to targeted clients in UK
Ask required information and validate the leads
Provide information to customers, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain the sales and getting new customer on board
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve services.
