Customer Support Specialist

Our E-Commerce needs Customer Support Specialists to interact with our customers (primarily via phone, WhatsApp, and email) as well as to assist with sales and aftersales.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls from customers
• Resolving their questions
• Explaining them about products and services
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to customer complaints within a reasonable time frame; follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
• Answer and Make Outgoing calls professionally to provide information about products, services, receive orders, cancel orders, and obtain details of complaints.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Web Chat Support
• Replies to emails
• Ensures timely resolution to customer queries, and help develop customer delight.
