Responsibilities and Duties
• Convert Leads into Appointments.
• Identify valid enquiries of patients calling and fix an appointment with our Clinics in India.
• Obtains customer information by answering telephone calls; probing them and fixing the first consultation
• Ensuring correct information is delivered to patients during their first consultation.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and value
• Understand callers conditions and empathise helping them with appointments.
• Informs Patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
• Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing difficult situations, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
