JOB DESCRIPTION – Customer Care Executive Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Role Purpose: • Open to work in rotating shifts which shifts in a work environment. • Resolve customer queries on calls and e-mails, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies • Co-ordinate with the relevant departments towards resolution of customers case Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. • Register cases in the system within Activation SLA and co-ordinate with ASP’s to ensure service delivery within stipulated SLA ‘s towards Road Side Assistance • Resolve customer queries on calls, complaints, problems and transactions coherent with agreed service standards and EUROP ASSISTANCE policies. • Coordinate service requests between customers, providers & internal operations team from first call to case closure • Follow communication/update expectations with clients, in accordance with the EUROP ASSISTANCE policies & others as agreed upon • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: • Referral Specialist and/or comprehensive call center knowledge • Comfortable using computers. • Experience working with customer support. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in basic Microsoft applications Language Know: English, Hindi Job Type: Full Time (8-8.5 Hours shift)
