Required Skills- Excellent English communication, Critical thinking and logical thinking, ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualification- Graduate and undergraduate both can apply.
Shift timings- rotational shift including night shift.
Package- 2LPA/ Annum
Job Description-
Provide information about services or products
• Provide clarifications on processes
• Explain billing analysis
• Handle complaints
• Record details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and take action accordingly
• Inform about payments or arrange billings settlements
• Refer unresolved and pending customer issues to the respective business owners
• Social media chat
• Web chat
Language requirement- Read, Write, Spoken.
