Looking for a customer support executive having an excellent Communication and Management Skills and who are dedicated to learn new things in Operations department and Supporting the Company for better Client Satisfaction.
Role & Responsibility:
\* Communicating with the clients for their requests and communicating the client's request with the stakeholders of the company.
\* Maintaining the Service Master and records for Service related requests received from the clients
\* Managing the Token ID of the client and co-ordinate the TAT with the clients.

\* Basic Excel knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
