Job Description
.Take feedback from the customer.
· Handling Email/ Chat process
· Handling outbound customers’ queries.
.Chat with customer regarding to the orders.
.Amazon experience will be add on
.Fluent Communication skills.
Compensation:-
· Fixed salary + food allowance
· Day shifts
· 6 days working ( Monday to Saturday) (2nd 4thSaturday of the month will be off)
Exp: 6Month - 1years
Education: HSC
Salary: As per company norms
