Looking For Fresher & Experience Candidates in a Renowned BPO Client @Kolkata Work from office.
Our Client operates as a business services provider firm.
The Company provides business outsourcing and back office support solutions in banking, finance, telecom, health care, travel, hospitality, retail, consumer goods, oil, gas, and technology sectors worldwide.

Customer Support(Voice)
Work Location:
Kolkata
Communicating over phone which involves working in different time zones.
Taking calls from Global clients and initiating the right responses to them, positively and professionally.
Shift: 24*7
Week Off: 6 days working 1 rotational shift
Requirements
Good Communication skills.
Flexible to work in night shifts.
Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Good technical knowledge.
Qualification:
Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
Candidate should be ready to work from office.
