Job description :
- We are hiring for customer support executive for one of our leading client
- Location - Gurgaon
- Experience - Minimum 6 months exp in any tele calling or customer support
- Qualification - Minimum 10+2
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Good communication skills.
2. Attending customer queries over the phone and providing solutions through calls.
3. Resolving matters in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
4. Previous experience in Customer service profile will be an ADVANTAGES
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
7. You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features and answer any questions they might have.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Should have excellent communication skill in English
- We need people with strong problem-solving skills,
- Person should be flexible to do work from office
- Salary- 25k hand
- Shift- Rotational shift
- Week off- 2 day off in a week
