Job Title: Account Manager - Cyber Security & Information Security

Location: Noida
Reports To:
Department: Sales / Business Development / Account Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager specializing in Cyber Security & Information Security to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity solutions. You will be the main point of contact for customers, guiding them through the complexities of cybersecurity needs and helping them secure their infrastructure and sensitive data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all cybersecurity and information security needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions.

2. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and lead efforts to upsell or cross-sell cybersecurity products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet revenue targets, maximizing profitability.

3. Solution Design & Consulting:
- Collaborate with the technical team to design tailored cybersecurity solutions based on the client's specific needs, challenges, and security requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on best practices for managing cybersecurity risks and improving their overall security posture.
- Stay current on the latest trends, threats, and innovations in cybersecurity, advising clients on how to adapt and strengthen their defenses.

4. Project Management:
- Oversee the execution and implementation of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, sales, support) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to clients, managing expectations effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Incident Management & Issue Resolution:
- Act as a point of escalation for clients facing issues related to cybersecurity solutions and incidents.
- Work with internal teams to resolve any technical or service-related problems, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.

6. Reporting & Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed reports on client account activities, including sales, renewals, support requests, and project progress.
- Document client requirements, business objectives, and the strategic approach to security solutions.
- Regularly update clients with performance metrics and recommendations for improvements.

7. Market Intelligence:
- Gather insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client-specific security needs.
- Share findings with internal teams to help drive innovation and ensure offerings remain relevant and competitive.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, business development, or sales, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and information security.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with risk management, threat assessment, vulnerability management, network security, and data protection.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and SOC 2.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Desired Skills & Competencies:
- Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud security, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), or threat intelligence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for clients.

Additional Information:
- Travel may be required to meet clients on-site or attend industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,51+.08 - ₹60,203.40 per month
