Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a keen eye for detail. This role involves designing compelling visuals for social media, logos, brand print stationary, and user interfaces. If you have a passion for design and are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing social media posts that align with brand guidelines and audience engagement.

- Create logos, brand identities, and print stationary to represent clients' unique visions.

- Collaborate on UI/UX designs for websites and apps, delivering intuitive and user-centered layouts.

- Contribute to branding projects by developing visual assets that enhance brand messaging.

- Work closely with the creative team to bring ideas to life through innovative design solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance work also considered).

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles; familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch is a plus.

- Strong portfolio showcasing work in social media, branding, and UI/UX design.

- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus but not required).

- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

PayScale:

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
