Job Purpose

We are looking for candidates with the following key attributes:
• Attention to detail: Accurately enter large amounts of data into a computer system or database. Errors can have significant consequences.
• Methodical approach: Process requests according to established procedures.
• Organisational skills: Administration, organisation, and documentation of processes and requests.
• Quick learner, inquisitive: Listens and processes new information quickly. Keen to ask questions to gain further understanding.
• Analytical and technical bias: Has an interest in developing skills for data analysis incorporating computer software and programming.

Key Responsibilities
• To input and maintain data in the business system databases across the EMEA operation in line with business requests and timelines.
• To ensure optimum data integrity by running audit methods on a regular basis. Support the Data Lead with ongoing development, effectivity, and efficiency of such methods.
• Identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in the data whilst providing feedback to continuously improve processes in both data collation and input.
• Input/Maintenance of Material Master records in SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants.
• Input/Maintenance of Customer Master data into SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants.
• Maintain Billing outputs and contact emails.
• Control of Supersession & Obsolescence across the EMEA business.
• Generate Product BoM & Routings data within SAP.
• Manage Data Team’s Process and Work instructions.
• Support Finance with the Cost Roll-up Process.
