We have an exciting opportunity for an Data Administrator. To ensure all OH data is clean and up to date, in line with GDPR regulations. The post holder will be responsible for adherence to internal processes and ensuring compliance to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• To identify all hard copy medical records and define their retention period in line with Data record policy
• To organise and structure destruction and or archive process for hard copy records at the Belfast offices
• To have knowledge of procedures and protocols
• To upload and scan any outstanding data from clinicians onto the relevant systems
• Scan the daily incoming post for OH for distribution
