Data Operations
The Data Operations job assists with the design, implementation, and maintenance of distributed data architecture that will support various open source tools and frameworks in production. Working under close supervision, this job develops integrated processes, data and systems across departments while ensuring adherence to the organization's policies and procedures. This job also works closely with engineering teams responsible for database related applications and also participates in architecture and database infrastructure discussions.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Assists with data management and problem resolution to ensure integrity of the data systems.
• Supports the development of integrated processes, data and systems across the department to maximize efficiency.
• Utilizes statistical tools to interpret data sets, analyzes and reports trends and patterns that could be valuable for predictive analytics efforts.
• Collaborates with programmers and engineers to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.
• Assists with the development of databases by refining data management and retrieval procedures, writing process management scripts, collecting, organizing, and entering data.
• Tracks and resolves database problems by troubleshooting, resolving, or escalating inconsistencies and systemic problems.
• Performs data performance reports for key quality measures of completeness, consistency, and accuracy.

• Data collection.
• Data cleansing.
• Data preparation.
• Identify data trends and patterns and help in preparing reports.
Required Skills (Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities to enter the job):
• Well versed in using data of JIRA /JIRA Align.
• Experienced in Python, SQL, and various data preparation tools. (Alteryx)
• Build data relations from unstructured data for reporting.
• Eye to Details – Analyzing and identify anomalies.
Desired Skills: (Preferred, not mandatory)
• Skill to create automation for collection of data.
• Building data for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of Agile framework.
• Required Education:
Technical
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related qualification
Required Experience:
Analyst II: 3 - 5 Years
Analyst I: 1- 3 Years
IT Project & Portfolio Reporting Tools, Database – Project Management
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Any Data Analysis and Management certification
CAP – Certified Analytics Professional,
JIRA Certificates, JIRA Align, Confluence
