We are hiring for Data Center Engineer at HyderabadExperience: 5+yearsLocation: HyderabadType: Contract to hire (1.5 - 2Years) Job Description:The Data Engineer (SDE) position will be responsible for designing, developing & maintaining all parts of the data pipeline for Competitive Intelligence metrics. This involves several key responsibilities for the role. Firstly, understand key metrics, both internally gathered and externally gathered, that align with business objectives. They will then create bespoke visualizations via combining data together for the three ways we look at our business: Executive, Product, Distribution (sales) lenses.These are the following deliverables scoped for this engagement:● Data Pipeline - Build a data pipeline that combines data from Salesforce Sales Cloud (e.g. opportunity data) with Case-like data (i.e. the DSR object), conversational intelligence data (ECI) and external market data (IDC/Gartner Market share data). This needs to be built to the reliability and data quality standards of the Data and Analytics team and should require no additional fixes upon completion. It also needs to be recurring at the required frequency (e.g. monthly or daily) and data granularities (i.e. might create multiple schemas/tables) in the required data warehouse(s).Tableau Cloud Dataset - Create a Tableau dataset powered by the above data pipeline that joins the mentioned data. This regularly refreshing Tableau Cloud capable dataset needs to produce automatically refreshed data in a manner that is optimized for dashboard speed, performance and future additional development as required. It should also include documentation to describe the workings of the pipeline.● Tableau Visualizations - Create three bespoke Tableau visualizations via combining data together for the three ways we look at our business:Executive / ELT leader viewProduct leader viewDistribution leader viewEach of these 3 views will need to be developed in collaboration with the Competitive Intelligence and Data and Analytics teams. Each of the visualizations should include documentation about data definitions, refresh cadences, and other information pertinent to dashboard viewers and developers.
