• 3+ years of Data Engineering and Analytics experience
• 2+ years of Azure and Databricks (or Apache Sparks, Hadoop, and Hive) working experience.
• Knowledge and application of the following technical skills: T-SQL/PL-SQL, PySpark, Azure Data Factory, Databricks (or Apache Sparks, Hadoop, and Hive), and Power BI or equivalent Business Intelligence tools
• Understanding of dimension modeling and Data Warehouse concepts
• Programming skills such as Python, PowerShell, .Net/Java are plus.
• Git repository experience and thorough understanding of branching and merging strategies.
• 2 years’ experience developing in Agile Software Development Life Cycle and Scrum methodology.
• Strong planning, and time management skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills and data driven.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team player who fosters an environment of shared success, is passionate about always learning and improving, self-motivated, open minded, and creative.
