Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry and Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, supporting the daily administrative operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of information. We’re seeking someone who is organised, efficient, and comfortable handling data management and administrative tasks in a healthcare setting
Key Responsibilities:
Input, update, and maintain accurate patient records and data within our systems.
Assist in processing patient information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Organise and manage administrative paperwork, including filing, scanning, and document management.
Support general office tasks such as appointment scheduling, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Generate reports and maintain logs to keep records up to date.
Ensure compliance with medical data privacy regulations and confidentiality standards.
Assist with preparing documents and materials for meetings or presentations.
Perform other administrative duties as required by the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other data entry software.
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with healthcare management systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and data entry procedures is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and accuracy in data management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
