Key Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain data accurately in Google Sheets, databases, and internal systems
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing data
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes for efficiency
Assist with basic data analysis and reporting as required
Communicate with colleagues to ensure data consistency and standardization
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and security
Ensure compliance with internal data management policies and industry regulations
Meet deadlines and complete all data entry tasks accurately and promptly
Manage workloads proactively and prioritize tasks effectively
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and data management tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in data entry, administration, or healthcare operations (preferred but not required)
