Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry and Management
Enter data accurately and efficiently into internal databases, spreadsheets, or CRM/ERP systems.

Update existing records and maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and cross-checks.

Transfer paper-based data (invoices, receipts, forms) into digital format.

2. Data Verification and Validation
Verify the accuracy of data from source documents before entry.

Identify and correct errors in entered data or report issues to supervisors.

Maintain records of completed work and review for inconsistencies or missing information.

3. Record-Keeping and Organization
Maintain a systematic filing and data storage system (both digital and physical).

Organize and label files, reports, and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.

Assist in managing large data sets and preparing documents for future analysis or reporting.

4. Communication and Coordination
Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary data for input or updating records.

Respond to internal data-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with team members to improve data quality and standardization practices.

5. Reporting and Documentation
Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by supervisors or departments.

Maintain logs of tasks performed, including volume of data entered, corrected, and updated.

Support data reporting and analytics teams by preparing clean and structured data.

6. Software and System Use
Use software tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tally, or data entry systems to perform tasks.

Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and photocopiers as needed for digitization.

Follow software-specific procedures for inputting and saving data in secure formats.
