US Accounts / Data Entry Executive with 3+ years of work experience required in an US based CPA firm based out of Dahisar (nearby station), Mumbai
JD:
- Accurately enter and update financial data in accounting and tax systems
- Manage payroll data, including timesheets, deductions, and benefits
- Assist in payroll processing, tax withholdings, and salary reconciliations
- Input and maintain accounting records such as vendor invoices and expenses
- Support bank reconciliations, ledger updates, and month-end reporting
- Verify data for discrepancies, completeness, and accuracy
- Organize and maintain digital files as per CPA firm standards
Handle all financial and client data with strict confidentiality
Working Hours: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
July-Dec: 5-day work week: Jan - June 6-day work week
Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be increased slightly)
