Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up with different stakeholders.
• Format check and ensuring adherence to format w.r.t MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point documents.
• Handle the information translation and transcription.
• Verify assessment evidence, storing it on Google Drive, and making sure all data is complete.
• Prepare pre-assessment documents, prepare results, and validate data.
• Monitor the assessments via proctor login on the Wheebox portal whenever required
• Prepare the assessment matrix based on the curriculum.
• Orient different stakeholders before rolling out the assessments.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders such as subject matter experts, assessors, and faculty, evaluators, content vendors, and assessment agency to deliver the assessments.
• Work on preparing and analysing the assessment results.
• Work on reviewing the assessments on the assessment platform.
• Prepare and issue the certificates through different certification platforms.
• Issuing the credits on the National Academic Depository (NAD) and maintaining the data.
• Oversee the assessment process and suggest process improvements.
• Deliver the assessments and results to the partners on time. 16. Responsible for conducting assessments according to MSU guidelines and compliance.
• Work on data collation from various portals and teams.
• Handle data entry for MS Excel databases and MS Word formats.
• Work on data organising and verification in MS Excel.
• Work on data analysis in MS Excel.
• Development of reports in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Sharing reports and information with stakeholders
