Company Description OMC Medical limited is a company involved in various regulatory and compliance services for Medical Devices, Cosmetics, Phamaceuticals and Food supplements in multiple regions. Services include UK MHRA Registration, Brexit Customs Clearance, Global Product registrations, and more. The company deals with translations, labeling, and software registration for medical devices. Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Data Entry Intern at OMC Medical Limited. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to data entry and administrative assistance. The intern will support various projects and activities remotely. You will work closely with a small team, ensuring that the companys database remains reliable, uniform, and easy to use. Your responsibilities will also include investigating queries related to changes in information and inputting data from large clients. If the candidate is successful after the 3 month probation they can convert to full time employee. As Data Entry Intern, You Will - Evaluate and verify user-submitted entries for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to guidelines, ensuring all entries meet quality standards - Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the database, such as typos, formatting issues, or missing/incorrect information - Use Excel to upload data in bulk while maintaining high quality standards This is a paid role and if the candidate in is successful in 3 months the candidate may become a full time employee. Qualifications - A smartphone with a working camera and a webcam on a desktop/laptop. - High-speed internet connection is necessary. - Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions in English. - Strong communication, Proficient typing and Computer literacy skills - Experience in Administrative Assistance - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to work independently and remotely and as part of a team. - Knowledge of medical device regulations is a plus - Pursuing or completed a degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Statistics, Business, Finance, IT or Medical). - Good organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
