About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to manage our inventory records and ensure accurate data entry across systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inventory management and data entry, with a strong understanding of databases and inventory software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system
Perform regular data entry of inventory, purchase orders, and stock movements
Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse teams for stock updates and reconciliations
Generate inventory and stock reports as needed
Assist in stock audits and help identify discrepancies
Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded correctly and promptly
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
Handle basic administrative and record-keeping tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in data entry and inventory/logistics operations
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setup
Basic understanding of stock reconciliation and reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
