We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can handle multiple responsibilities as a Data Entry Manager, Accountant, and Purchase Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of data entry, accounting, and purchasing functions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into our company's databases
• Develop and maintain accounting records, including financial statements, budgeting, and tax documentation
• Prepare and review purchase orders, negotiate with vendors, and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Analyze and report on financial data to support decision-making processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and efficient operations
• Provide training and support to staff members on data entry, accounting, and purchasing procedures and policies
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry, accounting, and purchasing roles, with a proven track record of success
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
