Job Summary:
The Operations Executive is responsible for supporting daily business operations and ensuring
smooth execution of internal processes. This role involves coordination across departments, process
monitoring, reporting, and identifying areas for operational improvement. The ideal candidate is
detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist in executing daily operational tasks, including order processing, service delivery
tracking, client follow-ups, and coordination between internal teams.
Process Coordination:
Ensure smooth workflow by collaborating with departments such as Sales, Customer Service,
and Finance.
Data Management:
Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and trackers. Ensure accuracy of
operational records.
Reporting & Analysis:
Generate regular reports on performance metrics, service issues, and operational KPIs.
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Client and Vendor Coordination:
Support communication with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of
issues and maintain high service standards.
Documentation:
Assist with the preparation of SOPs, reports, and internal guidelines to streamline processes.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to operational policies, compliance standards, and quality checks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in an operations or administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM or ERP tools is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing or process-driven environment
data analysis or reporting skills (Excel formulas, dashboards, etc.)
